Due to the Outbreak of pandemic COVID 19, and as per the directions of the Central Council, we Kolhapur Branch of WIRC of ICAI, has arranged the Annual General Meeting for the year 2019-20, of the members from Kolhapur Branch on 6th August 2020 at 04.00 pm on electronic platform https://us02web.zoom.us/j/7589933003 (ZOOM Meeting ID: 758 993 3003).
Notice is hereby given that the
Annual General Meeting of the members of Kolhapur Branch of WIRC of ICAI will be held on Thursday, August 6th, 2020 at 04:00 p.m. on the electronic platform to transact the following business:
1) To Approve the Minutes of Previous Annual General Meeting of Kolhapur Branch of WIRC of ICAI.
2) To consider and approve the Audited Annual Accounts of the Branch for the Financial Year 2019-2020 of Kolhapur Branch of WIRC of ICAI.
3) Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
All the members are requested to attend the Annual General Meeting for the year 2019-20.
